Quarry and borrow-pit buyers often ask whether a wet screen / sand-wash finish or a dry deck string maximizes recovery for their rock. Both routes ship from Eagle; the wrong choice shows up as lost fines or water-plant downtime.
Water-aided screening and sand wash modules recover fine fractions that dry decks lose to dust and carryover. Preferred when concrete sand specs or canal embankment fill demand controlled silt content. Requires slurry-pump duty, settling ponds or clarifiers, and winterization on freeze-prone sites.
Dry vibrating screens and air classifiers avoid water infrastructure — useful in arid pits and urban C&D yards with restricted discharge permits. Fines recovery is lower on sticky clay feeds; dust suppression and media blinding become the operating constraints instead of slurry handling.
